Product Introduction
The SPC floor which is composed of PVC raw material and calcium powder is a kind of the non-formaldehyde environmentally friendly floor processed by plasticizing and extruding the sheet. Composite structure: The first layer: the surface is UV wear resistance layer, enhancing surface gloss; The second layer: 0.3-0.7mm PVC wear resistance layer, improving its wear resistance character; The third layer: printing color layer, through various customized patterns to meet the user's personalized customization; The fourth layer: the PVC base material layer, made of PVC and calcium powder mainly formed by the extruder, and then thermal composited with the wear resistance layer and the printing layer without glue; The fifth layer: mute paste, XPE foam layer, improving the comfort feeling of the floor.
