Production Process: The "Green Alchemy" from Stone to Paper
The core raw materials for PE stone paper are simple: PE (polyethylene) + calcium carbonate stone powder (usually calcite, marble, etc.). However, turning stone into paper that can be written on, printed on, and folded requires a fully automated production line.
JWELL provides complete PE stone paper production equipment covering the entire process
Mixed granulation: PE resin and ultrafine calcium stone powder are mixed in a specific ratio and granulated by high-temperature extrusion to form a uniform "stone paper masterbatch".
Production line overview: pelletizer → casting unit → stretching unit, which is a key step in paper forming.
Rewinding & Slitting: The entire line is controlled by a PLC computer, which is fast, precise, and produces finished products with smooth surfaces and uniform thickness.
Comparison with traditional papermaking: No pulping, no bleaching, no wastewater – every 1 ton of stone paper saves 20 trees and about 10 tons of water.
Application Fields: More Than Paper – A Functional New Material
