1.Screw and barrel
Screw in the plastic extrusion industry mainly plays a compression, plasticizing role. The highly efficient single screw designed by JWELL uses an optimized separation structure to quickly separate solid and liquid from raw materials. 2.T-Die
According to the thickness of plastic products, we can roughly divide T-Die into three categories: board, sheet and film. The biggest feature of T-Die is that the melt flow channel is from wide to narrow, and the high temperature melt has undergone great changes from a cylindrical flow channel to a narrow slit form. Ensuring the uniform flow rate on the whole width of the flow channel is the key to the design of the mold
3.Roller
The main function of the roller is calender, cooling, shaping, and determining the thickness and surface gloss of the product. The grain texture on the plate is achieved by the pattern on the roller.
