1.The first installation and commissioning of the double wall corrugated pipes production line is led and completed by the engineers who have been formally trained by the technical department of JWELL, rather than our engineers . Our engineers' installation and commissioning of the double wall corrugated pipe production line is a favorable opportunity for your equipment operators to understand the composition of the production line, to be familiar with the equipment structure and the equipment process parameters. It is a good training and learning process of equipment operation and maintenance. Therefore, we suggest that you must arrange fixed trainees to participate in the whole process and cooperate with our engineers to carry out this work.

2.Operators of double wall corrugated production line (i.e. trainees) and equipment installation and commissioning engineers participate in equipment installation and commissioning. During installation and commissioning, the engineer will give detailed instructions to the operators according to the equipment structure, specific operation, maintenance and adjustment methods of equipment parameters, so that the operators can quickly have hands-on ability and independent equipment operation ability.

The training for the equipment operators of your company runs through the work of equipment unloading, equipment assembly, production commissioning of various specifications of pipes, classroom theoretical training, etc. from the date of arrival of the equipment. Each link in this process has different learning tasks and training objectives. For example, the trainees of your company participate in the whole process of equipment unloading in order to understand the hoisting knowledge and precautions of equipment, and the trainees of your company participate in the whole process of equipment assembly in order to learn the internal structure, disassembly and assembly of equipment for future equipment overhaul and maintenance, The purpose of participating in the start-up production of various specifications of pipes in the whole process is to enable your trainees to learn the operation and use methods of the equipment and use the equipment correctly. Therefore, in order to enable the equipment operators of your company to operate the equipment independently and correctly and deal with general equipment faults after the equipment installation and commissioning, we suggest that your company arrange fixed trainees (i.e. equipment operators of your company) to participate in the whole process of equipment installation and commissioning. At least three trainees of your company shall participate in the whole process of equipment installation and commissioning.
