01 Brand Inheritance, Technological Renewal
Since Germany's Kautex manufactured the world's first commercial blow molding machine in 1935, the name Kautex has been closely linked to the innovation and development of extrusion blow molding technology. Inheriting German craftsmanship and adhering to the concept of "German brand, German technology, German management, and Chinese manufacturing", Foshan Kautex has been providing customers with high-performance and high reliability blow molding equipment for many years.
Now, we have reached another milestone
- the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Kautex brand!
On January 8, 2024,JWELL completed the complete acquisition of Kautex in Germany, officially taking over all technical and brand intellectual property rights of Kautex. This means that while continuing the German genes, we have also injected new vitality into development.
Kautex is not only a brand, but also a technological belief.
For 90 years, we have been dedicated to the research and manufacturing of extrusion blow molding systems. Our products are widely used in the automotive, consumer packaging, industrial products, and special products industries, serving over 100 countries and regions worldwide. We are a global leader in the field of extrusion blow molding technology.
While continuing the classics, we are also constantly breaking through and innovating.
02 KEB series is refreshed and upgraded, entering a new era
In recent years, Kautex has continued to focus on the research and development of high-capacity blow molding machines, such as KBB full electric motors and KCC duplex reciprocating hydraulic blow molding machines. Now, we are turning our attention back to markets that require quick switching and multi category small batch production.
This is a field with sustained growth potential, and for this reason, Kautex announced that it will "rejuvenate and upgrade the classic KEB platform with a history of 57 years, entering a new era".
The newly launched KEB GREY series is positioned as a "flexible, compact, and energy-efficient solution designed specifically for extrusion blow molding of complex components and packaging".
This series is equipped with energy-saving electric extruders and a brand new BC6 control system (with a 24 inch widescreen interface), adopting a hybrid design of electric extrusion and hydraulic mold locking, perfectly meeting the needs of small businesses for frequent mold changes and small batch production of multiple categories.
The non pull rod scissor type flexible hydraulic locking system adopted not only simplifies the mold replacement process, but also reserves space for additional devices, supporting complex processes such as multi-layer co extrusion, slant neck calibration, and blow molding.
The compact rack integrated design and reduced compressed air consumption further improve energy efficiency. The KEB GREY series is compatible with existing KEB molds and can be used to produce large plastic barrels or consumer packaging.
