The parison made by injection can all enter the blow molding mold for blow molding, which reduces the waste of molding materials and saves the finishing time of products.
(3) Disadvantages: A. two sets of injection mold and blow molding mold and a hollow core mold with cutting must be used for product molding, and the cost of injection mold and core mold is relatively high. b. The temperature of the injection mold blank is high, and the high-temperature mold blank needs a long cooling and setting time after blowing in the injection mold, which prolongs the whole molding cycle of the product and reduces the production efficiency. c. In addition, due to the uneven cooling stress of the injection mold, the plastic parison is easy to crack when the injection mold is cooled.
