Troubleshooting in bottle blowing process of bottle blowing machine

Mar 19, 2022

1. Feeding old card feeding tray: this situation is a headache. From experience, if the length of bottle blank (embryo) is long and the cutting weight is large, this phenomenon is relatively rare.

2. No feeding at the feeding position: several situations need to be checked: 1) whether there is no material in the hopper. If so, it needs to be fed quickly; 2) If not: please check whether the control contactor of the hoist is powered on. If it is in the power on state, quickly check whether the motor is in the power on and load state, because it is likely that the lifting belt is stuck by the bottle blank (embryo). At this time, the simplest method is to help the lifting manually; 3) If the control contactor of the hoist is not in the power on state, please check whether the bottle embryo detection electric eye is not in the same line with the reflector.

3. Whether the position of the manipulator is misplaced when the bottle is always pinched.

4. The bottle cannot be taken out of the mold after blowing.

First, open the mold and open and close the mold manually. If it is normal, run it in the empty running state. If it is also normal.

Please check your exhaust time setting. If the exhaust setting is normal and fails every time you blow the bottle, it can be judged that it is the problem of the exhaust valve. Please open the exhaust valve and check the condition of its springs and seals (another phenomenon of this fault is the loud exhaust sound or the noise of unclean exhaust).

If you encounter the situation that many molds are produced normally and the mold cannot be opened occasionally, please check whether there is a segmented screw in the mold locking pin. In addition, please check whether the mold locking force is too large. If it is too large, it should be readjusted according to the standard.

5. Two manipulators collide: in this case, the manipulator needs to be reset manually, which is caused by dislocation.
